Account deletion

1. What this page is

This Final Souls page explains how to request deletion of your account and related data. The game name on the store and website is Final Souls.

2. How to request deletion

1. Open the Contact page ( https://finalsouls.com/contato ).
2. Set the subject to: Account deletion.
3. In the message, include the Google account email you use in the game and your player name (if you remember it).
4. Send the form and wait for our reply.

You can also use the Contact chat button on the Home screen with the same subject.

3. What we delete

After we confirm the request, we remove or deactivate:

• your account and Google login for this game;
• player name and profile;
• ranking points and summarized match history.

4. What may remain for a while

We may keep short-lived technical records for security or legal duties (for example, abuse logs). Preferences and cache on your device only go away when you clear the site or app data.

5. Timeline

In normal cases we handle the request within 30 days after confirmation. More detail is in our Privacy policy.
