1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Final Souls, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

2. The service

Final Souls is an online entertainment game: you sign in with Google, choose a player name and a SOUL, and join multiplayer matches with rooms, lives, ranking, and content (questions, lines, images, and voices). The service may change at any time.

3. Account and name

To play you must sign in with Google and choose a player name. You are responsible for your account and the name you pick. Do not use offensive, illegal, or impersonating names. The team may change, block, or delete inappropriate accounts and names.

4. Conduct

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, or disrupt other players.
• Do not abuse the queue, matches, ranking, or any part of the service.
• Do not copy, resell, or commercially use game content without authorization.
• The game is entertainment — play respectfully.

5. Content and artificial intelligence

Questions, lines, voices, and other game text may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence. That content may include errors, inaccuracies, omissions, or “hallucinations” (made-up or incorrect information). There is no guarantee of factual accuracy, currency, or fitness for any purpose. Use is at your own risk.

6. Digital purchases

The game offers purchases of digital content such as characters, question packs, visuals, cosmetics, and similar items. A purchase grants only a license to use the content inside the service — it is not your property and not a physical good.

The service and any purchased content may be changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time, including by team decision, technical failure, attack, outage, or shutdown of the game.

There is no refund for discontinuation, loss of access, change or removal of items, service interruption, or shutdown of the game — except where applicable law or the payment platform (for example, your device store) require it. Payments and any refunds handled by the device store follow that store’s rules; these Terms do not promise an extra refund.

7. Availability and matches

We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted matches, or permanent scores or ranking. If your connection drops for too long during a match, your SOUL may be eliminated. We may suspend or end the service in whole or in part at any time, without prior notice.

8. Intellectual property

The Final Souls brand, logo, text, rules, audio, images, and other materials belong to the project or its licensors. Using the game does not transfer those rights to you.

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the team is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, match interruption, ranking errors, inappropriate or incorrect content (including AI-generated content), third-party failures (login, hosting, payment, or media), or losses from using or being unable to use the game.

10. Minors

If you are a minor, use the game only with a guardian’s guidance. Anyone responsible for a minor should supervise use, the chosen name, and any purchases.

11. Changes

We may change these Terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept the new version.
