1. Who we are

This policy explains how Final Souls handles information when you play in the browser or through the app listed on a device store (for example, Google Play). The app opens the same game as the website. We aim to be clear and honest, in plain language.

2. What we collect

  • Google account — account email and ID used only for login and security, through our login provider.
  • Player name — the unique nickname you choose (up to 10 characters). It appears in matches and on the ranking and is tied to your account.
  • Progress and ranking — points, matches, and position on the public ranking, when available.
  • Match history — summarized records of what happened in matches (outcome, participation) for ranking and running the game.
  • Purchases — when digital content is purchased, data needed for the transaction (by the team and/or the payment provider of the device store).
  • On your device — local preferences (language, mute, and similar) and cached voice/image files so the game works offline or faster (in the browser or the app).
  • Signup location — when you create an account (Google + username), we store approximate country/region/city from your connection IP so the team can see where new players come from. It is not a home address.
  • First visit — the first time you open the site on this device, we record page, time, IP, approximate country/region/city, and, when present, link origin (utm parameters / referring site). The team gets a daily summary, not an email per visit. Bots and link previews are filtered. It is not a home address.
  • Usage analytics — if Analytics is enabled on the site, we collect aggregated visit measures (pages viewed, approximate region). We do not sell this data.

We do not ask for government ID, home address, or card details directly on the game site (device-store payments follow that store’s rules).

3. How we use it

We use this information to run the game: identify you in the account and match, show the ranking, sync content, improve the experience, moderate accounts, and meet legal duties.

4. Sharing

Your name and score may be seen by other players in the match and on the public ranking. We may use login, game hosting, media storage, and payment providers — only as needed to provide the service. We do not sell your data.

5. AI-assisted content

Quizzes, lines, and voices may be created or assisted by artificial intelligence and may contain errors. That does not change the personal data listed above; it is about game content.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep data while the account exists and for as long as needed to run the game (for example, summarized match history). To request account and data deletion, use the Account deletion page or Contact with the subject “Account deletion”. The team may also block or delete accounts under the Terms.

7. Storage on your device

Preferences and cache stay in the browser or the app. You can clear the site’s data in browser or app settings; that may require downloading voices and images again.

8. Children

The game is entertainment. If you are responsible for a minor, guide their use, chosen name, and any purchases.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the game after a change means you are aware of the new version.

10. Contact

Privacy questions may be sent through the channels listed on the Contact page, when available.
